Shipping & Returns
We prepare all items for shipping within 1-2 business days. We will update with the tracking number once the item has been prepared for shipping.
For items above 150 pounds, we use freight shipping service. In this case we will need your phone # and contact information including: Address / Email/ Full Name
If an item is not received, please contact us immediately.
Return & Exchange Policy
All items are tested before shipping but in the rare occasion it is dead-on-arrival , feel free to message us and we will do our best to correct the mistake. Due to items not being under warranty, we cannot guarantee all items will work for an extended amount of time.
Local Pickup
For all items bought with local pickup, an email should be received once the item is ready to be picked up. Please bring your order # to ensure the correct item is received. Local pickup will be at our location : 155 E Redondo Beach Blvd, Gardena, CA 90248. Open from 7:00AM-3:30PM.
